This Notice governs the collection, use, and disclosure of information by Eric Grant, operating under the EGLuxe brand (the "Firm," "we," "us"), in connection with the websites, landing pages, forms, and advertising campaigns that display the EGLuxe mark (collectively, the "Sites"). By accessing the Sites or submitting information, you (the "Visitor," "you") acknowledge the practices described in this Notice.

Covered Properties

This Notice applies to every website, subdomain, landing page, form, and digital property that displays the EGLuxe mark, together with the advertising campaigns that direct to them (collectively, the "Sites"). Where an individual property posts its own notice, that notice controls for that property.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information through the Sites.

2.1Information you provide. Name, email address, telephone number, and any details you submit through contact forms, inquiry forms, lead forms, or scheduling tools.
2.2Information collected automatically. IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time on page, and interaction events, collected through the cookies and similar technologies described in Section 4.
2.3Advertising and analytics signals. Identifiers and behavioral signals associated with advertising platforms, including conversion events and audience membership, as described in Section 6.

How We Use Information

We use the information collected to respond to inquiries, provide real estate brokerage and advisory services, schedule appointments, send communications you request, measure and improve the Sites, and operate, measure, and optimize advertising campaigns.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Sites use cookies, pixels, tags, and local storage to operate the Sites and to support analytics and advertising. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; some features may not function correctly if you do.

4.1Essential. Required for the Sites to function.
4.2Analytics. Used to understand how Visitors use the Sites (for example, Google Analytics).
4.3Advertising. Used to deliver and measure advertising, including the technologies and partners named in Section 6.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share information with the categories of recipients below.

5.1Service providers. Hosting, email, scheduling, customer relationship, and analytics vendors that process information on our behalf.
5.2Advertising partners. Platforms that deliver and measure our advertising, as described in Section 6. Certain transfers to these partners may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under applicable state law. See Section 8.
5.3Brokerage and legal. Our sponsoring brokerage, and authorities or counsel where required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.

Advertising, Remarketing, and Third-Party Vendors

We use third-party advertising services to promote the Firm and to reach prior Visitors. These services place cookies and identifiers and receive certain data about your interaction with the Sites.

Google Disclosure

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a Visitor's prior visits to the Sites or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads to Visitors based on their visits to the Sites and other sites on the internet.

Visitors may opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com.

Meta Disclosure

We use the Meta Pixel and related Meta Business Tools to measure conversions and deliver advertising on Facebook and Instagram. This may involve sharing your IP address and browsing activity on the Sites with Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta's processing of this data is governed by Meta's own privacy policy.

You can manage advertising preferences through your Meta account settings and Meta's ad preferences controls.

Other third-party vendors and ad networks may also serve ads or measure performance on the Sites. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the data practices of these third parties. We do not transmit names, raw email addresses, or other directly identifying information through standard advertising tags.

Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice and to meet legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you reside, you may have the rights below. To exercise any right, contact us using Section 12.

8.1California (CCPA / CPRA). California residents may request to know, access, correct, or delete personal information; may opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; and have a right against discrimination for exercising these rights.
8.2Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by using the advertising opt-out resources in Section 6, by sending a request to the contact in Section 12, or where available by enabling a recognized opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control) in your browser.
8.3Nevada (NRS 603A). Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to make any sale of certain covered personal information by contacting us using Section 12.
8.4Other states. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising. We honor verified requests as required by applicable law.

Children's Privacy

The Sites are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-Party Links

The Sites may link to third-party websites and platforms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before providing information.

Changes to This Notice

We may update this Notice from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the Effective Date above. Continued use of the Sites after an update constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Notice.

By using the Sites or submitting information through them, the Visitor acknowledges receipt and understanding of this Privacy Notice and consents to the data practices described herein, including the use of cookies and advertising technologies under Sections 4 and 6, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
