A large portion of luxury buyers arriving in the valley come from California, Washington, New York, and other markets. Relocation clients are supported with remote tours, filmed neighborhood walkthroughs, community comparisons matched to how they actually live, and coordination of lending, title, and inspections so the number of required trips stays manageable.
New Construction
New construction across Summerlin, Southwest Las Vegas, Skye Canyon, and Henderson operates on lot releases and option deadlines rather than open listings. Eric represents buyers through builder comparison, lot selection, option decisions, and independent review of builder contracts and timelines.
